Pecos Bill

Trevor read the story of Pecos Bill in his class, so they put on a play for the 2nd graders in the school. Trevor played the part of Pecos Bill!

Trevor's 9th Birthday!

We took Trevor and few friends to Pizza Hut and then bowling for his Birthday! They all had a good time!

Trevor got an award in school. He was the Dynomite Kid for the month of November!

They choose one child from each class for each grade.

Youth Hunt!

Mike and Trevor went hunting for the youth hunt that they have here. He didn't get anything but they did see a couple of does. They weren't able to get a shot at them though. Maybe next time!

Halloween!

For Halloween this year Trevor went as Captain Rex from Star Wars and Taylor was Optimus Prime from Transformers!

Our Last Camping Trip of the Season!

We went camping for the last time during Trevor's fall break. Last year we got to go for Thanksgiving too. Not this year though it was too cold. So this was our final camping trip for the season. I was a little disappointed though. I enjoy camping now!

Northwest Arkansas District Fair!

Yep you guessed it we went to another fair! This one is our local fair! As you can see the boys went on some rides and then we went to the rodeo! I didn't take any pics at the rodeo cause it wasn't very good. They had only about 4 to 5 participants in each event. It only lasted about 45 minutes. The pre show lasted longer than the actual rodeo itself. Now we know why we stopped going to our rodeo the past few years! Maybe a few more years before we go to the rodeo again!!

Final Days of Summer Vacation!

For the final days of summer vacation Mike and I took the boys to Hot Springs in Arkansas for a weekend. We had a lot of fun! We stayed at the Arlington Hotel. It is very old but kept up. We went swimming and sat in the hot tub which the water comes from the springs and is very hot. We also took the boys to Magic Springs which is an amusement park. I tried to get Trevor to go on the big yellow rollercoaster with me but NO CHANCE OF THAT! I did however get him to go on the Big Bad John rollercoaster with me. I was so proud of him. He was scared at first but once we started going and he saw that their weren't any huge hills to go up and down he really enjoyed the ride. Maybe some day he will get enough courage to go on some of the other ones with me! When we first got there to Magic Springs we went to their water park and Trevor went down the big racing blue slides with his dad and I. Of course Mike and I had to take turns going down with him cause Taylor is too small! We had so much fun!

Fair Time!

While my mom was out here we went to the fair in Springfield, MO. They had a dog show and the boys went on some rides and Mike, Trevor , and Taylor got to milk a cow! Real mild but fake cow! We also went to an 80's hairband concert. We saw Great White, L.A. Guns, and Firehouse! Boy that took me back to my highschool years! I enjoyed watching L. A. Guns and Firehouse. Great White not so much. I saw Great White open for White Snake in Las Vegas and they weren't that great there either. I guess time didn't do them any good still sucked! But all round a good time at the fair!
